SHIPPING

Pillow covers are made-to-order and in most cases, unless otherwise noted, ship within 1-3 weeks. If you need your pillow(s) by a certain date please contact us, prior to ordering, regarding Rush Service. Some pillow covers are special order (noted in item description) and can take up to 7 weeks. 

U.S. Shipping

U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class mail and usuallly arrive within 2-5 business days from shipment date.  You will receive USPS tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
 

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS mail.  You will receive email notifcation as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. Arrival time of international shipments will vary by country of destination. Please note that most of the transit time is due to items being held in the receiving country's customs and we cannot be held responsible for the amount of time that a package is held.

Payment Options
Once you confirm your order, you will automatically be directed to Paypal which will securely process your payment. You do not necessarily need to have a PayPal account. You can pay with your debit card or credit card as a PayPal guest. Accepted payment types are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments will appear on statements as PAYPAL*ARIANNA BELLE.

Alternatively you may submit payment for your order via a check or money order. Please contact us for mailing address. Orders will be processed once payment is received.

Damaged Items
If an item arrives and is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to replace the item. No claims can be made after 72 hours of package arrival.

Refunds and Exchanges
Sales are final on pillow covers larger than 22"x22" and all inserts.  Pillow covers 22"x22" and smaller may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery of shipment. You must notify us before attempting a return in order to get authorization and the proper return address. Pillow covers must be in their original unused, unwashed condition and sent back with all original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.  Returns and exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee and shipping will be charged for the resending of any exchanged item.

Privacy Policy
Arianna Belle respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address.

Sales Tax
We collect 8.00% California sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
