Refunds and Exchanges
Sales are final on pillow covers larger than 22"x22" and all inserts. Pillow covers 22"x22" and smaller may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery of shipment. You must notify us before attempting a return in order to get authorization and the proper return address. Pillow covers must be in their original unused, unwashed condition and sent back with all original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns and exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee and shipping will be charged for the resending of any exchanged item. When returning a pillow cover back to us, please make sure to choose a reliable shipping carrier that offers tracking and delivery confirmation. We also recommend that you insure your package for your own protection.
If you are unsure of whether the color or texture of a pillow will work in your space, please contact us for a free swatch of the fabric. You may also contact us if you need a size recommendation.
Cancellations can be made within 3 business days from the order date without incurring a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the product total and is in place because all our pillows are custom cut and made for each customer. If you cancel, we may have already used our supplies and resources to start work on your specific pillow(s).
If an item arrives and is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to repair or replace the item. No claims can be made after 72 hours of package arrival.
It is important to keep in mind that some fabrics have certain natural characteristics and "flaws" that should not be considered as defects. Linen fabrics may have occassional barres, loops and slubs, which are due to the nature of linen fibers and the rustic surroundings of the weaving process. Printed fabrics may show insignificant misprints and random flecks. Hand-woven and hand-dyed textiles may have irregularities inherent to the techniques used in its making and the natural fibers.
Arianna Belle respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address.
Once you confirm your order, you will automatically be directed to Paypal which will securely process your payment. You do not necessarily need to have a PayPal account. You can pay with your debit card or credit card as a PayPal guest. Accepted payment types are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments will appear on statements as PAYPAL*ARIANNA BELLE.
Electronic checks are also accepted via Paypal, however please note that if you use this method of payment, your order will not be processed until your check has cleared, which normally takes 3-7 days.
Alternatively you may submit payment for your order via a check or money order. Please contact us for mailing address. Orders will be processed once payment is received and has cleared.
We collect 8.00% California sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
