Please check individual product pages for current processing times. If you need your pillow(s) by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering, regarding Rush Service. At this time we only ship to the US, Canada and Australia. 

U.S. Shipping

U.S. pillow cover orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size of the package (smaller packages are usually sent via USPS and larger ones via UPS). Once your pillow order has been processed (usually about 3-5 business days) and shipped, it will be delivered within 2-5 business days.  You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as your order is on it's way to you.

Inserts are shipped separately, usually via UPS or Fedex. 

Canada and Australia Shipping

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. Delivery time of international shipments vary by country of destination. Please note that most of the transit time is due to items being held in the receiving country's customs and we cannot be held responsible for the amount of time that a package is held. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  

If a package is sent back to us because you refused it, it will be treated as a return. This means that a 25% restocking fee will apply and shipping costs will not be refunded. You may contact us with any questions or concerns.
